This year in 2nd Class we were so lucky to have two parent guests come and help us make some yummy pancakes for Pancake Tuesday. This lovely activity linked nicely with the children’s learning of procedural writing in English. There were a variety of scrumptious pancake toppings such as chocolate sauce, salted caramel sauce, banana, coconut flakes, honey and lots more. As you can see the children had a super time decorating their pancakes and writing up their recipes after. Thanks again to Adriana and Akemi for visiting our class!
