At Harcourt Terrace ETNS, we believe that music and the performing arts play an important role in enriching children’s learning and providing opportunities for creativity, self-expression and confidence-building.
Our school is proud to have both a Junior Choir and a Senior Choir, giving pupils the opportunity to develop their singing skills, work collaboratively and share their love of music. Through rehearsals and performances, our choir members build confidence, develop their musical abilities and experience the joy of performing together.
Each December, all classes take part in our annual Winter Show, performing for their parents and guardians. This special event is a highlight of the school calendar, providing every child with the opportunity to shine on stage and showcase their talents through song, music, dance and performance.
We value the many opportunities our pupils have to participate in musical activities and performances throughout the school year. These experiences encourage teamwork, creativity and a sense of belonging, while bringing our school community together to celebrate the children’s achievements and talents.
